4. Payment Terms and Billing

a. Fees for our Services may include one-time setup fees and recurring monthly or subscription-based retainers. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

b. Monthly or subscription services are subject to auto-renewal unless canceled in writing with 30 days' notice. All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations after a payment has been processed.

All materials, including but not limited to website designs, marketing copy, and automation sequences, created by Buzz Bull in the course of providing the Services shall remain the intellectual property of Buzz Bull LLC unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

a. Our AI-powered services, including AI Voice and Chat Agents, may generate automated responses. These responses are reviewed for quality assurance but may occasionally contain incorrect or inaccurate information. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.

b. Marketing results are not guaranteed and depend on various external factors beyond our control, including market conditions and consumer behavior.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your confidential information. We will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us, except as required to provide the Services or as required by law.
