The setup fee covers the initial build, configuration, and launch of your Smart Website.

The setup process requires some initial involvement from you. You'll need to complete a form with your business information, provide logos and marketing materials, and review drafts to give us feedback and revisions. Once everything is set up and launched, the system runs automatically with minimal time required from you.

You own all the content and design. The website is hosted on our secure servers as part of your monthly package, which includes hosting, security, and maintenance.

You'll need to complete a form with your business information, provide your logo and any existing marketing materials, and review website drafts to give us feedback. We'll guide you through the entire process step by step.

The setup fee is due when you sign up to begin your project. Monthly billing starts 30 days after your setup fee is paid, giving you time to launch and see results before your first monthly payment. If you take advantage of our prepay program, you pay upfront and receive 1.5 to 3 months free, depending on whether you prepay for 6 or 12 months.

The typical timeline is 2-4 weeks from start to launch.

The only extra fees are small usage-based charges for calls, texts, emails, and AI tools. These are billed at cost (we don’t profit from them) and are extremely affordable. Each category is billed separately, and here’s what $10 typically provides:

$10 = 715 minutes of phone calls

$10 = 900 text messages

$10 = 14,000 emails

$10 = 500 AI messages

$10 = 75 minutes of AI voice calls

For most small businesses, this is more than enough monthly usage unless you’re running large-scale marketing campaigns.
